   The author believes that this fault is caused by poor oil circuit and lack of oil. From the technical data, the maximum sewing speed of the bar tacking machine is 3,200 revolutions per minute. According to the recommended maximum sewing speed for different purposes, if you are currently using 2700 revolutions per minute, then within the normal speed range, the author recommends the following checks .
   1. We must check whether the oil level in the oil window is above 1/3. When the oil level drops to about 1/3 of the oil level indicator window, we should add oil in time. If the oil level drops below 1/3 of the oil level indicator window, it may cause a malfunction due to machine burns, etc.
   2. We inject engine oil into the two holes of the body assembly of the large hook, so that the felt contains a small amount of engine oil. Note: If there is no organic oil on the felt of the hook body assembly at this time, it may cause sewing failure.
   Here the author also specially reminded whether the oil thread was not drawn when the large shuttle bed was replaced; or the oil thread and felt were manually pulled out or retracted when the operator was cleaning the machine shuttle bed. These inadvertent "operations" may cause poor fuel supply, so it is recommended to investigate carefully.
